Proposal:  Endeavor is requesting to rezone 600 N Lamar to Sub-district 1 eTOD overlay to allow height of 112′.

A request to rezone 600 N Lamar to 90′ is allowed because a slice of the property on the east side is within the Sub-district 2 eTOD overlay, or within 1/2 mile of the proposed light rail.

603 and 605 Baylor St. lie outside the eTOD overlay, so at most these properties can ask for the height restriction of 40’ to be removed to allow a 60’ building height.
